In 2021, we introduced engine flush as one of the expanded services of Kroon-Oil. For years, we have been able to flush, clean, and fully replenish automatic transmissions and power steering systems in an advanced and innovative way. The introduction of engine flushing expanded our flushing concept, and with two highly effective products, you can flush the engine. The result: a perfectly clean engine.
Engine Flush without machine
In addition to automatic transmission (ATF) and power steering flushing, both performed using our PowerFlush® TPE machine, gasoline engines and diesel engines can now also be thoroughly cleaned without the PowerFlush® TPE machine.
The objective
To solve compression loss and higher engine oil consumption with Engine Flush. Internal engine contamination has been a much-discussed issue for years. Due to various causes, car engines become contaminated faster than in the past. The deposits that result from this can lead to clogging and sticking piston rings and a whole host of other problems, which cause higher engine oil consumption.
With Flushing Oil Pro and Neutralizer Oil Pro, you can thoroughly clean and flush the engine, which is very likely to solve and/or prevent compression loss and excessive engine oil consumption.
Having an engine flushed offers many advantages. The current generation of engines, which must meet strict emission requirements, are more susceptible to contamination. This is partly due to high EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) flow, which leads to increased contamination. Piston ring tolerances are very tight, so even the slightest contamination harms compression and the operation of the scraper rings.
After flushing with these two high-quality flushing products, an engine often runs more efficiently and quietly due to restored compression, and oil consumption is reduced, even in typical problem engines.

Difference engine flush with and without PowerFlush® TPE machine
Only severely internally polluted engines achieve even better results when flushed with the PowerFlush® TPE flushing machine, as the oil is additionally filtered by using microfilters on the machine.
Engine flushing
An engine flush using Flushing Oil Pro and Neutralizer Oil Pro can be seen as a highly effective engine cleaning. All internal contamination is completely removed, and at Kroon-Oil, we, therefore, advise performing an engine flush once every 100.000 kilometres or at each major service interval. This extends the lifespan of the engine.
NOTE! Depending on usage, an engine flush may also be relevant again before reaching 100,000 kilometres. Driving behaviour is decisive in this regard.
