Engine Flush promise
An engine flush is done using two Kroon-Oil products that completely flush and clean the entire oil circuit. Problems such as loss of compression, high engine oil consumption, clogging or sticking piston rings, rough running engines, inconsistent rpm, and high fuel consumption disappear like magic as the engine is 100% cleaned.
High-quality engine flush machine
The Engine Flush machine is one of the best in its class. As a component, engine flush is part of our Kroon-Oil PowerFlush® TPE. This is all done very effectively, with minimal effort and without any form of 'messing around'. By connecting the machine to the oil circuit via the return line in series, the oil circulates through the elements and the flushing machine.
Flushing is done dynamically. The old fluid is pumped through the entire system with a powerful cleaner while the engine is running. The system is cleaned from A to Z by letting the car idle during flushing.
PowerFlush® TPE contains two separate and transparent oil reservoirs: one for dirty oil and one for fresh oil. The cleaning process can be observed, and people are truly astonished by the amount of dirt that is released during it. After flushing, the engine's oil circuit is completely drained and collected in the dirty oil reservoir. Finally, the exact amount of new oil is pumped back into the system through the fresh oil reservoir.

Petrol engine cleaner
An engine flush with PowerFlush® TPE can be seen as a highly effective petrol engine cleaner. All internal contamination is completely removed, and at Kroon-Oil, we recommend performing an engine flush once every 100,000 kilometres or at every major service. This will extend the engine's lifespan.
NOTE! Depending on usage (many short city trips, oil that never reaches operating temperature), an engine flush may also be relevant before reaching 100,000 kilometres.

The goal

Auto engines get polluted faster than they used to due to various causes. The deposits that arise can lead to clogged and stuck piston rings and a whole list of other problems that cause higher engine oil consumption. Having an engine flushed offers many advantages. The current generation of engines, which must comply with strict emission requirements, is more susceptible to pollution. This is partly due to a high EGR return, which leads to more pollution. Piston ring tolerances are very tight, so even the slightest form of pollution has a negative effect on compression and the operation of the scraper rings. After an Engine Flush, an engine often runs more efficiently and quietly due to restored compression, and oil consumption is limited, even with typical problem engines.
