Our application process
In 6 steps, you will become part of the team!

Introduction
We start with a telephone or online introduction with one of our HR employees or department managers, during which we mainly assess whether we are a good fit for each other.
Substantive conversation
After a positive introduction from both sides, we delve deeper into the details and have a substantive conversation about the position and the desired expertise involved.
Online Assessment
For some positions, an online assessment is part of the procedure.
Proposal
A suitable employment proposal follows after a successful application procedure with our team.
The signature
Once the employment proposal is accepted, your signature is placed under your new employment contract. Then, we plan your first working day at Kroon-Oil.
Onboarding
During your first weeks at Kroon-Oil, you will undergo a comprehensive onboarding process tailored to your position. This will include becoming familiar with the company, understanding the tools you will be using, and shadowing colleagues from other departments to prepare you for your new role.
